Shipping charges, prices and taxes

All prices are inclusive of VAT and exclusive a flat rate for shipping depending on the shipping country.

European Union

We charge 5,90 € for shipping and handling to all EU countries.

The member states of the EU are: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden.

Delivery to all other countries

We charge 8,90 € for shipping and handling to all other countries.

Deliveries to countries outside of the European Union may be subject to taxes, customs duties and import fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of the delivery is the importer of record in the destination country and is responsible for all import fees.

Non-EU shipping countries

Andorra, Canada, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Monaco, Norway, San Marino and the United States.

The invoice amount may be paid via Amazon Pay, bank transfer, credit/debit card or PayPal. Unless otherwise agreed, the invoice amount must be paid without any deductions within seven days of the invoice being issued. If you are paying by Amazon Pay, credit/debit card or PayPal, your account will be debited when we confirm the order.

We deliver with the postal service, DHL or UPS. The delivery time is 5-10 business days within the European Union (5-15 business days for international deliveries to all other countries).

Is shipping on account possible?

Unfortunately, we currently do not offer shipping on account.

How long does delivery take?

The delivery time within the European Union is 5-10 business days after receipt of payment (for foreign deliveries it is 5-15 business days). If you order by 14:30 on business days, we will ship on the same day.

Do you offer express delivery?

Currently we do not offer guaranteed next business day delivery. In most cases, costly express delivery is not necessary. We ship all orders on business days until 14:30 the same day. You will receive small orders by letter post. 93% of all letters are delivered within 5-10 business days. Larger orders will be sent as a package by DHL or UPS. Parcels are generally out for delivery for up to 5-7 business days.

Can you provide me with a written offer?

It depends on your request. If you require an offer for products from our online shop, then unfortunately we are unable to provide this. The stock changes every 15 minutes and the prices are only valid when purchased through the online shop. If you require a printed document for submission, we recommend adding all products to the shopping cart and then printing the shopping cart.

For products that are not listed in our online shop, we will be happy to make you an offer. At the moment, however, we are only offering Hand Waving Flags PRO 2x3 ft as custom-made products. For more information, please visit our Hand Waving Flags PRO 2x3 ft category.

Do you grant reseller discounts or other discounts?

We do not grant regular reseller discounts. By default, however, you receive automatic quantity discounts on the item prices in the shopping cart.

  • For 2 or more products you get 2% discount
  • For 5 or more products you get 5% discount
  • For 10 or more products you get 10% discount

For orders over 200 €, shipping is free of charge. For an additional one-off discount of 10%, please subscribe to our newsletter.

May I use your images and photos for my own purposes?

Unfortunately, no. We do not wish to license images for personal, commercial, or editorial use. Our images are protected by copyright and are used exclusively for the sale of flags in our online stores as well as for promotional advertising measures in social media. To protect our intellectual property and find and track unauthorized use, we search the Internet using Copytrack technology. For more information, visit our Copytrack info page.

If you have found our images and photos on free image portals such as CleanPNG, PNGWing, or PNGEgg, then this is image theft. These sites and similar portals automatically download our image files and offer them for free download without permission.

If you need a photo of a specific flag, then we generally recommend using stock photo providers such as Pexels, Pixabay, Adobe Stock, Shutterstock, or Getty Images. If you cannot find what you are looking for there and we have the flag you are looking for in our collection, then you are welcome to buy the flag from us and simply take the photo yourself.
