Royal-Flags is a website of the company MaxFlags GmbH. MaxFlags GmbH was founded in 2012 and is today one of the largest distributors and manufacturers of flags. Almost every flag of the world is stored in 200 square metres of space in a wide variety of designs and sizes. Here you can learn more about us.

Customer information

Shipping charges, prices and taxes

All prices are inclusive of VAT and exclusive a flat rate for shipping depending on the shipping country.

European Union:	5,90 €
All other countries:	8,90 €

Deliveries to countries outside of the EU may be subject to taxes, customs duties and import fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of the delivery is the importer of record in the destination country and is responsible for all import fees.

Delivery time, returns and complaints

We deliver with the postal service, DHL or UPS. The delivery time is 5-10 business days within the European Union (5-15 business days for international deliveries to all other countries).

If you wish to return an item, you can make use of your 14-day cancellation right. We do not offer a free returns slip. As soon as we have checked your return, the invoice amount will be refunded to your bank account, PayPal account or credit card.

Our quality standards are very high. However, there may still be occasions on which we fail to spot manufacturing defects. If you have received a defective product, we will arrange an exchange and replacement product for you promptly. If you have a complaint, our customer service will provide you with no-fuss support and advice.
